During these unprecedented times due to COVID-19, our greatest priority is the health and safety of all our team members and customers.

A new level of consumer experience will be introduced that focuses on wellbeing and new ways to deliver the legendary R.M.Williams customer service. The brand’s Retail Boot Ambassadors are ensuring new customer sensitivities and guidelines are met at all times, including offering hand sanitiser and promoting social distancing. New limits on the number of people in store at any one time will further allow the teams to deliver the exceptional one-on-one service they are renowned for.

Our talented team of customer service representatives have developed a ‘touch free’ boot fitting process that will provide you the best service and adhere to social distancing regulations.
