Features
- Send your old friends back to the hands that lovingly created them. Replacing the sole and heel before the wear extends into the inner sole of the boot is time and cost effective, boots can be re-soled without having to be re-lasted. A full boot inspection will be carried out when your boots are returned to the workshop and you will be advised if a re-last needs to be carried out.
  
  RE-SOLE and HEEL
  - If ordering a repair for more than one pair of boots, you will need to place two separate repair orders
  - The purchase of one Re-Sole and Heel product covers a pair of boots - you do not need to purchase two repairs for one pair of boots
  - Repairs made with authentic parts developed with experience over 84 years
  - The worn heels and soles will be removed
  - New premium soles will be laid along the full length of the boots and hand-stitched into place
  - The new heels are then added on top of the new soles
  - The same soles and heel type as the original pair of boots will be applied during the repair process

  As part of our ‘Crafting a better future’ strategy, we have partnered with Victoria-based business Opal on the production of our ecommerce packaging boxes. Opal sources all of its raw wood materials sustainably and responsibly within Australia, with a focus on keeping the manufacturing process local. Each box looks just as good as it feels, opening to reveal a beautiful artwork inspired by the Australian outback.
  
  Our new packaging range also includes paper mailers created in partnership with Grounded Packaging. These mailers eradicate the need for plastic shipping satchels and are crafted with a circular approach, using recycled FSC-certified pulp made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper. They are renewable, kerbside recyclable and have a lower carbon footprint than virgin paper.
