Born in Sydney, Phoebe grew up fascinated by storytelling, dreaming of journalism then finding an outlet in acting that saw her move to Los Angeles at 22 to pursue her dream. This uniquely grounded yet determined spirit led to key roles in acclaimed movie and TV series, both in Australia and abroad, including STAN series Bloom and the International Emmy-nominated series Safe Harbour. Her extensive lead role credits on US television include CW series The Originals and The Vampire Diaries, as well as guest lead roles in The Affair, Stalker, Westworld and The Secret Circle. Phoebe commenced her career as Cleo Sertori in three seasons of the internationally acclaimed series H2O: Just Add Water, for which she received an AFI Best Actress in a TV Drama nomination.
Phoebe’s feature film credits include lead roles in Bait, Take Down and The Ever After. Phoebe has just completed her writing and directing debut with her short film Furlough, a passion-project that has allowed her to bring her love for storytelling to the forefront in a new and impassioned way, and in perfect timing for her new role as an R.M.Williams Undeniable Character.
