Orson Heidrich
Orson Heidrich is a mixed media, contemporary artist living and working out of Sydney. Orson’s practice is heavily rooted in materiality and technical process.
Heidrich describes himself as a “complex manufacturer”, working at the intersection of art and industry by sourcing, fabricating, and manipulating both physical and digital media.
His practice often starts with photographic works—frequently captured in industrial or fabrication environments—which are then digitally and physically "extruded" into sculptural and relief forms.
