- If ordering a repair for more than one pair of boots, you will need to place two separate repair orders
- The purchase of one Re-Sole and Heel product covers a pair of boots - you do not need to purchase two repairs for one pair of boots
- Repairs made with authentic parts developed with experience over 90 years
- The worn heels and soles will be removed
- New premium soles will be laid along the full length of the boots and hand-stitched into place
- The new heels are then added on top of the new soles
- The same soles and heel type as the original pair of boots will be applied during the repair process, with the exception of Dynamic Flex Craftsman styles, which feature an updated outer sole design.
- Innersole replacement is not included in this repair service
- If ordering a repair for more than one pair of boots, you will need to place two separate repair orders
