Returns and exchanges can be processed via post or in-store.

2. COMPLETE RETURNS OR EXCHANGE FORM
Fill out your preferences on your packing slip. Reprint packing slip here.
3. PACK ITEMS
Securely pack your item(s) including the packing slip.
4. POST ITEMS
Drop your parcel off at your nearest Australia Post office or ParcelPoint return location. Please note, Australia Post can print your label for you if required.
Once your items are received, we will process your refund or exchange. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.
Our staff will process your refund to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.
Any price differences will be covered by the customer or will be refunded in the form of a credit note (redeemable in store only).
All returns must meet the following requirements:
• Item(s) should be returned unworn and undamaged with all the original tags attached.
• Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged box and packaging.
If returning by post, please ensure to pack the item(s) securely to avoid damages during shipment.
