Our skilled craftspeople are eager to breathe new life into your boots. To help them provide the best service, please follow these steps before sending your boots to us.
- Ensure the uppers are free from cracks, slices or holes
- Remove any inserts, orthotics or loose items inside the boot
- Clean uppers and soles ensuring they are free from any dirt or debris
- Enclose a note with your AU order number or print out your order confirmation

Delivery is free for orders AU$75 and overStandard StarTrack service
- Free for orders AU$75 and over.
- AU$10 for orders under AU$75.
- 'In stock' items estimated delivery within 2 - 4 business days.
- All 'special order' items are shipped in 4 - 6 weeks
- Repair service lead time 6 - 8 weeks
