Securely pack your item(s) including the packing slip.

 

Post your item4. POST ITEMS

Drop your parcel off at your nearest New Zealand Post office or postbox. Please note, New Zealand Post can print your label for you if required.

 

Refund or exchange5. REFUND

Once your items are received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must meet the following requirements:

• Item(s) should be returned unworn and undamaged with all the original tags attached.

• Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged box and packaging.

• If returning by post, please ensure to pack the item(s) securely to avoid damages during shipment.
