It's important to us that you are happy with your new purchase, that’s why we offer easy 60 day returns via post or in-store. Exchanges can be processed in-store only.
VIA POST:

2. COMPLETE RETURNS FORM
Fill out your preferences on your packing slip. Reprint packing slip here.
3. PACK ITEMS
Securely pack your item(s) including the packing slip.
4. POST ITEMS
Drop your parcel off at your nearest Australia Post office or ParcelPoint return location. Please note, Australia Post can print your label for you if required.
5. REFUND
Once your items are received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.

RETURNS POLICY
All returns must meet the following requirements:
• Item(s) should be returned unworn and undamaged with all the original tags attached.
• Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged box and packaging.
• If returning by post, please ensure to pack the item(s) securely to avoid damages during shipment.
